If you request a payment plan, you must submit a Payment Plan Authorization Form to hello@everyonedeservessexed.com following signup. Without this, your payment plan will not be confirmed.
If you do not need a payment plan but would like to pay your remaining balance at a later date, you must submit a Remaining Balance Authorization Form following signup. You will be charged on the 1st of the month prior to Day 1 of the program you signed up for. (For example, balances for Summer 2024 will be charged May 1, 2024.)
If you plan to apply for the QTBIPOC Scholarship, please complete the Scholarship Form here. You do not need to submit a General Application.
If you would like to apply but do not have the funds to submit your $750 USD deposit, please email us at hello@everyonedeservessexed.com and we can discuss alternative options.
